Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of coffee, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue, please contact us at drainedstore@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

For non-consumable items (such as merchandise), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

We’re a small independent business, and we genuinely care about your experience, so if something goes wrong, we’ll work with you to fix it.
